Where your firm’s data actually sits.

Documents loaded onto a MyriadPulse Legal appliance stay on that appliance, in your office. The AI model runs locally on the same machine. Questions and answers are processed on the appliance and are not sent to any external AI service, ours or anyone else’s.

Under POPIA, your firm is the responsible party and MyriadPulse is the operator. That relationship is governed by written operator terms supplied with the service agreement, which include the security measures required by section 19 and a commitment to notify you of a security compromise within 72 hours under section 22.

Matter separation is enforced by the system. Each matter is its own document collection, and an assistant scoped to one matter refuses to draw on another rather than relying on the person typing to remember.

Usage is logged. The appliance keeps records of use for support and troubleshooting, and the operator terms disclose exactly what those records contain. Backups are encrypted and, by default, stored on the appliance itself.

Remote support is not silent. Access for support purposes is controlled and recorded, and the appliance is not connected to any always-on remote service without your firm’s agreement.

No cookies. No analytics. No tracking of any kind. There is no consent banner on this site because there is nothing to consent to.

No third-party requests. Every file this page loads — the stylesheet, both typefaces, the logo — comes from this server. Nothing is fetched from Google Fonts, a CDN, an advertising network or a social platform, so no outside company learns that you visited.

It would be strange to sell a product whose promise is that your documents never leave the building from a website that quietly forwarded your IP address to three American companies. So we do not.

The web server keeps ordinary access logs — the request, the time, and the requesting IP address — which are used to keep the site running and are not combined with anything else or shared.

If you email, phone or message us, we keep that correspondence so we can answer it. We do not add you to a mailing list.
