Setup once, then one monthly fee.
Pricing for the law-firm appliance, the only product available to buy today. Pick a term and you get one number that does not move for that term. It covers the software licence, support, updates, backups, monitoring — and the appliance, until it is yours.
All figures exclude VAT. Omarospex t/a MyriadPulse is a VAT vendor; 15% is added on invoice.
Setup, once

Preparation and configuration, on-site installation and the office web address, user accounts, up to 3 matter collections, backup verification with a signed acceptance record, a 30-minute training session and week-1 follow-up.
Then one monthly fee

Then the appliance is yours and the fee drops to R5,000 a month. The monthly never changes during your term.

Six-month minimum on every path, then month to month. Early ownership at any time: pay the remaining months of the appliance portion — your monthly less R5,000 — and ownership transfers immediately.

Once the appliance is yours, the monthly is adjusted once a year by Stats SA headline CPI, capped at 6% — so it keeps pace with inflation and no more.
Founding-client rate, for the life of your agreement
We are looking for our first three firms, and they get a permanently better rate — not an introductory discount that expires.

Worth R38,500 over the first two years, and R1,500 every month after that — for as long as the agreement runs. Flat 12 and Flat 18 founding rates are available on request.
14-day guarantee
A way out if it does not work
If the agreed pilot workflows cannot be demonstrated on the approved test documents within 14 days of installation, your firm may cancel and the first monthly fee is refunded. A purchased appliance is refunded on its return.
Setup covers work already delivered and is not refundable once installation has started. The appliance must be returned if ownership has not yet transferred.
